The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the warehouse activity and ensuring that operational targets for safety, performance, accuracy, and service levels are consistently achieved. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role manages Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues to deliver smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operations.
Working with the planning team to ensure effective running of the Knowles Logistics fleet. Planning and managing effective movement of freight around the country, including providing strong planning of the operational logistics arm of the business.
Warehouse Operatives that have the ability to function well as part of a team. You must have very effective organisational and communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a Warehouse environment. Fork Lift Truck Certificate, Counterbalance, Flexi/Bendi trucks is an advantage.
Various shift patterns available. Responsible for delivering and collecting customers’ products, meeting both the company and customers’ Service Level Agreements. Ensuring all work undertaken is done so in line with current driver’s hours, Tachograph and Working Time Directive legislation. Requirements:
